My products have arrived and I didn't receive any prep instructions, where can I get these?
You will need to log into the PT Portal and select your study. At the top of the data entry page, you will see the reporting steps. Step 1 is “Reporting Packet”. Select this and download or print the reporting packet.
I have the samples and have analyzed them, how do I report the results?
Log on to the PT Portal to enter your results. If you need some further guidance, please refer to the training video on the FAQs page.
I have several analysts who want to enter data, can I do this?
I use LIMs to collate my lab results, can I use this to report data?
Yes, we also provide a template for download, entering results and then uploading back to the PT Portal. You can download the template on the data entry page on the portal.
When will my quick-turn results be available?
I have a question regarding a specific PT sample. Who do I contact?
